A necessary approach to the efficient organization of the pedagogical university extension

Abstract

The Cuban Pedagogical University has the necessity to prepare its professionals so that  they can be agents for the promotion of the whole culture that begins at the center of higher education, through the substantive of the Extension process. These is why a group of specialists, met to try to help for finding  the solutions of the problem identified with the shortcomings presented by the Governing Board of the University to effectively lead the extension process, which was evident in the weakness of the actions of their components. The work consists of an organizational strategy to address systematically the components at all levels and in all scinces of the university, Beginning with an assessment, which allowed the designing of a strategy to, which is the main contribution of labour. The transformations are palpable and opinions have been impacted by socio cultural activities.
