How to model the educational orientation to graduates of pedagogic careers in laboral training?

Self-training through ongoing training is a recurrent theme that is addressed from the integration of initial, continuous and permanent training, contextualized at the moment in which the professional graduates from his training center and is incorporated into his work life, considered this moment of integration of what was learned during initial training, such as labor training, developed in labor organizations in the territory, but how to model this process from the construction of professional development projects? The objective of this article is to present a pedagogical model of educational guidance for this process. It was implemented the systemic approach as the main theoretical method for this modeling.
