Subjective configuration of the manager´s role for the change in labor organizations for psychology students. Theoretical indicators for study

The current processes of change in cuban labor organizations require a psychological preparation of workers for their management. In this sense the role of the psychologist becomes an important aspect for its effective implementation; however, their performance is often reduced to tasks very punctually assigned in relation to the position they occupy, and are not interpreted and performed from a conception of change management. This leads to the need to improve undergraduate training from the study of the subjective configuration of the manager´s role for the change in labor organizations for psychology estudents, to understand how they appropriate not only the know-how, but also the will to do and know be of your profession in this context. The present scientific article aims to identify the theoretical indicators that can guide the study of such subjective configuration.
