Abstract

The article deals with the labor dimension of the training process, as generalizing component in the preparation of learners, given the dialectical unity of its instructional, educational and developmental functions; establishing the relationship of the same with the four pillars of education for the twenty-first century, declared by UNESCO. Given that job training requires fostering knowledge as a basis for an operating instrumental performance marked by its polytechnic-labor character, supplemented by adequate and appropriate attitude of social coexistence that integrates qualities like respect, cooperation, responsibility and awareness of producers.
