Pedagogic strategy for the ethical formation in the students of Medicine

The ethical training of the student of the Medicine career in the current situation in Cuba and the world demands not only a great mastery of the knowledge and skills for the exercise of the profession, but also demands a high moral performance that allows him to assume responsibility and honesty the social commitment that emanates from their professional work. The objective of the research was to develop a pedagogical strategy to enhance the ethical training of general practitioners, based on medical bioethics and global and profound bioethics or ethics. A first moment of the investigation allows to systematize the methodological theoretical references on the training and ethical training of the general practitioner, in a second moment the current state of this training is diagnosed to elaborate the pedagogical strategy that enhances the ethical training and to be able to assess the feasibility of the proposal through action research.
