Abstract

The environmental training guided to the sustainable development is the process that expresses the premeditation of the organization in function of achieving an environmental formation of its workers; it is summed up in three functions: orientation, regulation-mobilization, education, each one of those which conforms the relationship of the company with the society and the environment. In this process it is of significant importance to systematize the good practical echo-environmental, that should be accompanied by the transmission of messages of these practices, and it is summed up in the educational figure of the ecological training that is supplemented with the environmental training, but although this it is centered in the transmission of knowledge, abilities and values, the ecological training is the space where it is meditated about the environmental practice in the company.
