Abstract

This paper is aimed at explaining how to face diversity in teachers training programs. The research was carried out using both theoretical methods —analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction—  and empirical methods  —such as observation of the teachinglearning process and interviews to pupils and teachers. The ways of achieving a professional training in education for facing diversity is the main focus; in addition hints to evaluate from the perspective of a diversity approach are given.
