Abstract

This work some theoretical and methodological considerations, which support a model of institutional educational management for the training of technicians and technologists in the Bolivarian Technological Institute of Technology (ITB) in Guayaquil, Ecuador, as feasible to produce a change in the course alternative is presented trend of events taking place in the institution. The starting point is to consider the different versions of the Educational Project that have preceded the new proposal, lack the continuity and concrete definition of the categories that make it up and the basic elements for practical operationalization during the management process, likewise They have not favored the realization of a comprehensive development plan that goes beyond and across borders of individual academic positions of institutional managers. The new model is made up of different components in an organic integration and its application in practice takes place through an institutional educational project.
