Abstract

Introduction: The incorporation of emerging technological tools into the teaching-learning process represents an opportunity for improving quality and a challenge for teachers. Their use in developing practical skills among students of the Agricultural Technical Baccalaureate is crucial for achieving the objectives of this type of teaching. However, shortcomings are evident that negatively impact the training process. its verification in the Educational Unit "Milenio Técnica Agropecuaria Cerezal -Bellavista motivated the authors to develop an investigation, which was posed as a scientific problem How to enhance the development of practical skills for the management and management of crops in students of Technical Agricultural Baccalaureate using emerging technological tools?, and it was proposed to develop a teaching guide for the development of practical skills in the management and management of crops using emerging technological tools. Materials and methods: For its development, various theoretical and empirical methods were used such as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, survey and observation. Results: The verification in practice of the effectiveness of the proposed guide was carried out through socialization workshops and action research, which corroborated the effectiveness of the proposal. Discussion: The teaching guide constitutes an instrument in the hands of the teacher that guides the student to their practical learning which consolidates knowledge and contributes to their motivation, but demands an adequate organization based on considering the real conditions (diagnosis). Conclusions: The use of Action Research as a method for implementing the teaching guide surpasses the previously presented results, based on the theoretical study, diagnostic results, and socialization workshop. Thus, its effectiveness, feasibility, and relevance are confirmed, thus contributing to improving the work of teachers and students at the educational unit under investigation.
