Strategy for organizational extension communication: an experience of the CUM of San Luis

The university in the 21st century faces challenges that are achievable with effective control of extension management. It is necessary for a permanent change to the rhythm of the social contexts, say in the social, economic and political, associated these to the advances of the new technologies to promote the university culture, in permanent exchange with the society mediated by a pertinent organizational communication. For this, empirical and theoretical methods and techniques of scientific research were applied, which allowed revealing as a scientific problem: communicative insufficiencies that limit the relationship with the institutional and sociocultural context in the CUM San Luis, it is specified as an objective: elaboration of a strategy of Organizational communication management in the extension process of the CUM San Luis, corroborating the results from a socialization workshop with specialists, confirming its effectiveness in guaranteeing satisfactory links between the institutions and their sociocultural context.
