Educational strategy to drive of reinforcement of the value environmental responsibility in the municipal managers

The contribution is an educational strategy to drive the reinforcement of the value environmental responsibility in the municipal managers, the one that was structured in three phases: initiation, execution and evaluation. Each phase has objectives, system of actions and methodological orientations. Their feasibility and relevancy was corroborated by means of the realization of a socialization shop with specialists of the Municipal University Center of Mella, and the partial application from the same one to managers of the sugar industry “Julio Antonio Mella”. The obtained results allowed concluding that the strategy offers enough evidences about their possibilities to reinforce the value environmental responsibility in the municipal managers.
