Abstract

The initial and permanent formation of professionals in education is a priority for the Ministry of Education, that´s why at" Frank País García"  Pedagogical University a research project called " The universalization of the infant professional pedagogic training in the condition of the mountain” is been carried out. In such research the principal results contribute to the teacher’s formation who teaches in infant education. In the research a reflexion of some theoretical and practical criteria are made on the teaching learning process for the initial formation of teachers and their influence in the multigrade preparation of professionals in primary education. Consequently, some reflexiones on the teaching learning process of professional formation in education. Various researchers in this topic are awared that multigrade preparation that primary school teachers who teach in rural areas and particularly, in multigrade schools are still not enough for being related to general conceptions within the curricula, however an specific preparation is demanded as it is a process for multigrade initial formation. This aspect through the research proyect is taking shape and taken into accout in the present process of universalization of the teaching learning process. It is also stressed the need of a greater achievment of the methodological and organizational particularities in the municipalities and mountain areas.
