The computer culture as mediator for the local human development since the socio-educative function of the school

In this article it is presented a new version starting from a logical supported in new relationships, directed to integrate and systematize the foundations around the socioeconomic-function of the school for local human development, mediated by the computer culture in the rural communities, where they emerge from the theoretical to the methodological, revealing, in their character of system, the philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, particularizing in the dynamic of the socio -educative function of the school, that condition the structuration of the attention to the local human development.
