Abstract

In the literature on local development in Cuba, it has that municipalities still have untapped potential for achieving higher stages in the socio-cultural development. Among the issues that must continue in perfection is knowledge management for local actors in terms of local development. This work has allowed to give answers to some of the shortcomings, to promote the socio-cultural work, participatory achievement and dialogic, built from the needs or expectations of these actors necessary for achieving local development changes, with impact on People's Councils Sabanilla, La Perla and Jutinicú the Municipality Songo La Maya.
