Abstract

This paper deals with the problem of improving the training curriculum of the professional career Technology in Business Administration, so that it contributes to a better performance of the students, for which it presents a model proposal of curricular redesign of the career Technology in Business Administration, based on the competences and entrepreneurship approach, which contributes to the competent and entrepreneurial performance of the professional in accordance with the requirements of higher education and the business system in Ecuador. The results achieved are supported by theoretical, empirical and mathematical-statistical methods, which allow an enrichment of the theory and practice, especially in relation to the improvement of the curricular design model of the career in Business Administration Technology, in correspondence with the needs of Ecuadorian society.
