The present piece of work is a methodological conception to favour the construction of written texts with a cognitive and socio- cultural approach at the elementary school. This methodological conception should be integrated in the teaching –learning process, as a way of practice throughout which the student personalizes the content of and develops strategies of learning. This allows him personalize the content of teaching and develops strategies of learning. this allow the teachers have the students select and decide how to apply the already acquired knowledge to the different daily communicative situations .
