The preparation od the tutor professor in the en la micro university of the Junior High

Abstract

The Cuban Education faces the present circumstances to the major challenge in the Cuban history, transforms the Junior High School for the students to learn four times more, creating in them sense of dignity and patriotism, to have them more cultivated audacious ,decided to participate in the new projects the country is obliged to develop in the economic, political and social field. The Direction of the Teaching Learning Process in the Junior high School is carried out by professors and teachers under training, acquiring the main roll they see themselves needed of a tutor professor who helps them in the general training. The School the function as micro university is obliged to train and upgrade the tutor professors and the teachers under training due to fact that both carry out within it. However, there has existed insufficiencies that has prevented to achieve in the students the learning and the training that is needed
