Abstract

The present article offers a reflection around the process of attention to the diversity and educational quality; it values the intrinsic relationships of these aspects and its importance in the education of the personality. They offer some rules for the organization of the training process from the theoretical-methodological precepts since the attention to the diversity  so as to guarantee an equal access to an education of quality.
