The value environmental responsibility. Their paper in the achievement of a sustainable local development

Abstract

The environmental problems constitute a topic of very current investigation, guided to the generation of educational processes that facilitate the taking of the world population's conscience and, in a particular way, of the decisores that act in the diverse spheres of the social chore, for the care and protection of the atmosphere. This paper aims to reveal the essentials that distinguish the formation of value environmental responsibility and the role the same in achieving sustainable local development; all of which serve as a basis to substantiate the need for an educative approach that reinforces this value to decisores and municipal managers.
