The professional training of the student of the Technical University of Babahoyo, in the framework of the inter-learning process, is essentially centered in the acquisition of intellectual knowledge, limiting the ethical and axiological aspects, which still implies it is not possible to emphasize that the training in the context of our University, focuses on training to learn to be and learn to live together, which affects that the students cannot exercise their role as citizens with professional solidity and with responsible ethics. Therefore, the objective of this work is to present a pedagogical strategy for the development of emotional education, in such a way that it contributes to the integral formation of the student of the Technical University of Babahoyo, with the emotional competencies that allow the resolution of the diverse problems of the formative process, personal, family, professional and social.
