Abstract

The study is an individual activity, of a subjective nature, that others can not do for us, therefore it is the responsibility of each student, each one must take control of his individual study. It is an immanent necessity for university life, as it is what enables the appropriation, retention and updating of the knowledge necessary to face the challenges posed by academic tasks and activities in the university context. The purpose of this article is to offer a set of techniques and recommendations to develop the study process in accordance with the requirements of university studies.
