Abstract

The present work deals with the teachers´ of Laboral Education and Computer need of upgrading concerning the economical culture as a way to guarantee the integral formation of the students in the Junior High school, It was started from the diagnoses, which allowed us to discover the contradictions and cognitive handed caps on they have around their updating in Cuban Economical Model, unconscious attitudes in their social and school environment .thus is outstanding the as a way of upgrading the making of workshops where the pedagogical processes on interchange of ideas and knowledge are generated and  submitted to debate  to reach consolidation and fixation in an more effective manner.
