Abstract

The processes of innovation in the use of TIC in the educational institution  or  in teaching institution start on the technological solutions and the availabilities  existing in our National System of Education and should be have  been taken into account innovations where politics, economical, psychological, cultural and ideological factors intervene. The implementation of the virtual environments of teaching and learning in the higher Education are integrated by human, technological and didactic agents when it is admitted the teacher’s possibility of using as teaching aid, as tool of work and as instance where all the processes are integrated in the teaching learning pr ocess that could allow teachers play their role of managing and controlling the teaching activities such as conferences, practical lesson and seminar with the use of TICs and virtual platforms.
