Abstract

This paper aims to offer a methodological proposal which becomes a guidance guide for teachers by ensuring, in a motivating way, spelling learning based on rules at the primary level, in favor of the apprehension of this fundamental content of the Orthography. For the purpose of this purpose, the metrics and a sample of José Marti’s works have been taken as references, thus putting the student in interaction with one of the estrogen modalities most used by him in his vast poetic work: the quartet. Each of these, has been conformed with voices typical of the active-functional lexicon of school children, then linking them through examples and exercises, which encourage the study and application of the rule. The implementation of this proposal in teaching units and in basic labor entities of this municipality, has demonstrated its validity and relevance, opening doors to creativity in the increasingly efficient use of language.
