The work responds to the problem insufficiencies in the use of ethnographic techniques in the teaching learning process that limits the teachers' participation during the adoption of decisions. It develops a qualitative methodology that provides to the development of the pedagogical process methods, procedures and techniques that situate the teacher in better conditions to develop his work, in consequence its objective is to move to pedagogy the ethnographic technique, group of discussion, as tools for the adoption of pedagogical decisions by teachers and executives during the learning management. Its outstanding results bring about a participative, reflexive and creative process during the adoption of pedagogical decisions by the teachers.
