Understanding of the written code in the students with difficulties in the learning of the initial reading

The work presents the results of the teaching- learning process of the initial reading in students that do not appropriate with easiness the lecto-writing and that are frequent in students of initial years in the institutions of the basic level of the primary education, which can turns affected with more frequency in those that also present difficulties in the phonetic-phonematic processes. For it is proposes one strategy what offers didactic tools to the teacher to favor the attention to these students so he/she can improve the quality of the teaching-learning process with the use of reading communicative that are structured in diverse levels of understanding of the initial reading. The same is supplemented with indicators that allow him/her to evaluate the dynamics of the process with the support of a didactic procedure elaborated and employed in the educational practice with encouraging results in different school institutions.
