Abstract

A theoretical and methodological analysis of the professional training on Sociocultural Maneger is performed, which allows recognizing the need to promote, from the learning process, a culture of sociocultural diversity performance in work contexts. Methodological guidelines for the treatment of sociocultural intervention in this process are further proposed, as teaching alternatives that allows systematizing in integrated movement training, resources and sociocultural stages of intervention in line with labor sociocultural contexts of performance. This favors the development of the professional cultural performance from the detection, investigation and intervention processes of cultural diversity in the context, in an engaged and transformative way.
