Abstract

The educational transformations that take effect at present in Adult Education demand changes in the teaching staff's preparation; particularly in the teachers of the subjects of study of the area of Natural Sciences, which demands a conceptual and methodological reconsideration in the execution of the performance of the professors to confront the educational diversity. Proposal that converts in point of departure to reflect on the foundations and facts of various natures of the permanent interdisciplinary formation of the teacher of the Natural Sciences area of the Adult Education in whose processes it is manifested an atomized formation dissociated from the educational community's real problems. These assessments try to expose a way to solve the necessities in the methodological work, the teachers' main way instruction, education and development of the teachers, in order that they may offer flexible, varied and consequent answers with the requirements of the scientific technical development.
