Abstract

The Covid19 pandemic has imposed new challenges to the educational system in Cuba, families demand new strategies for their care, a problem that requires from the primary school teacher an innovative professional performance to successfully achieve the family-school-community relationship. This research was carried out with the objective of diagnosing the current state of the multifactorial work by the primary teacher for the orientation to families in vulnerable communities. A basic study of qualitative character was carried out, it was revealed in the bibliographic analysis and the field works the present insufficiencies to achieve the multifactorial work between educational agents and community factors. As a result, it was found that primary teachers and directors need a pedagogical strategy for multifactorial work by the primary teacher in the process of orientation to families.
