Abstract

The study about the foundational concept given by Fidel about the improvement in education represents an outstanding task to demonstrate the pertinence of the change that this process encloses at the time that implements new ways of assuming the formation of the personality of the students within the Cuban context. This work has as objective the basis of the educational improvement as one of the principles of the educational policy of the Cuban Revolution by means of Fidel Castro´s thought expressed in his speeches.
