Abstract

The university extension is a process throughout which the social development in benefited. In this article its significance is for the community is valued; there are offered definitions of the scientific cultural production.it is also analyzed how process, critic and creativity function, the university has the challenge of preparing its professionals for promoting culture, that is originated today in this centers of higher education, for the rest of the society. However, there are insufficiencies to achieve in the students the integral general training that it is demanded, what was contrasted with the use of scientific methods, The insufficiencies that in this sense were found were: condition the development of this piece of work, which contribute to solve the problems related with the scientific promotion of culture for the students under training conditions, so as contribute to the local development.
