Abstract

The work is enclosed in a conception that synthesizes how should the role of the unity science and technology should be reflected in the management of science and innovation, as agent of organization information interface that systematizes the interconnection between the scientific offer and innovative demand, propitiator of the scientific contribution and innovation in the of the territorial and social development, all which is also a result of the of the complex processes of the present world, that demand the need of demanding greater chaining between the sectors of services and goods and the scientific and academic context, with the purpose of propitiating a performance in the  scientific research that gives answer to the logic of the process of introduction and generalization of the achievements.
