Hugo Rafael Chávez Fries, president in the exercise of the power until his death during 14 years of the Republic Bolivarian of Venezuela, their deep ideas of character integrationist, transformed it into unquestionable guide of his Revolution. A political leader from Latin America never reached such a democratic irrefutable genuineness, his activism in the foreign policy it impacted in the world, grateful as one of the most influential rulers in the world, deeply humanist and anti-imperialist eloquence, their relatives, town, and the government received from all the parts of the world and especially of latinoamerica, messages of condolence for his physical disappearance.
