Educação empresarial a partir do pensamento empreendedor tecnológico e desenvolvimento social

Resumo

Introdução: A transformação tecnológica exigiu o fortalecimento de uma educação empresarial que integrasse capacidades empreendedoras, tecnológicas e inovadoras para gerar valor social sustentável. Objetivo: Descrever a educação empresarial a partir do pensamento empreendedor tecnológico e do desenvolvimento social em empreendedores de Cuba e do Peru. Materiais e métodos: Foi realizado um estudo quantitativo, correlacional, não experimental e transversal, entre março e outubro de 2025. Participaram 58 empreendedores, 27 de Cuba e 31 do Peru, selecionados por amostragem não probabilística por conveniência. Foi aplicado um questionário estruturado, validado por julgamento de especialistas e avaliado mediante o alfa de Cronbach. Foram utilizados o teste de Shapiro–Wilk, o rho de Spearman, a regressão linear múltipla e o teste U de Mann–Whitney. Resultados: A consistência interna foi adequada para educação empresarial (α = 0,88), pensamento empreendedor tecnológico (α = 0,91) e desenvolvimento social (α = 0,90). As correlações foram positivas, destacando-se a associação entre pensamento empreendedor tecnológico e desenvolvimento social (ρ = 0,756). A regressão mostrou maior capacidade explicativa para o pensamento empreendedor tecnológico (R² = 0,637) e maior contribuição para o desenvolvimento social (β = 0,595; p < 0,001). Não foram observadas diferenças significativas entre Cuba e Peru. Discussão: Os resultados foram coerentes com estudos recentes que relacionaram educação empresarial, competências tecnológicas, inovação e geração de valor social, embora as associações não tenham estabelecido causalidade. As evidências respaldaram a pertinência de integrar a formação empresarial e tecnológica com propósitos sociais, mantendo uma interpretação contextual e prudente dos resultados em contextos diversos. Conclusões: Observou-se uma estrutura coerente entre os construtos, com especial articulação do pensamento empreendedor tecnológico com o desenvolvimento social.
