Introduction: Technological transformation required strengthening business education that integrated entrepreneurial, technological, and innovative capabilities to generate sustainable social value. Objective: To describe business education from the perspective of technological entrepreneurial thinking and social development among entrepreneurs from Cuba and Peru. Materials and methods: A quantitative, correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional study was conducted between March and October 2025. The participants were 58 entrepreneurs, 27 from Cuba and 31 from Peru, selected through non-probability convenience sampling. A structured questionnaire was administered, validated through expert judgment and assessed using Cronbach’s alpha. The Shapiro–Wilk test, Spearman’s rho, multiple linear regression, and Mann–Whitney U test were used. Results: Internal consistency was adequate for business education (α = 0.88), technological entrepreneurial thinking (α = 0.91), and social development (α = 0.90). The correlations were positive, with the strongest association observed between technological entrepreneurial thinking and social development (ρ = 0.756). Regression analysis showed greater explanatory capacity for technological entrepreneurial thinking (R2 = 0.637) and a greater contribution to social development (β = 0.595; p < 0.001). No significant differences were observed between Cuba and Peru. Discussion: The findings were consistent with recent studies linking business education, technological competencies, innovation, and social value generation, although the associations did not establish causality. The evidence supported the relevance of integrating business and technological education with social purposes, while maintaining a contextual and cautious interpretation of the findings across diverse contexts. Conclusions: A coherent structure was observed among the constructs, with technological entrepreneurial thinking showing a particularly strong articulation with social development.
