Integration of the professional mode of action with the investigative mode of action in the professional training process of command career students

Introduction: The integration of professional practice and research during the training process has emerged as a focus of growing interest in multiple disciplines, given its potential to enrich both the quality of practice and the production of knowledge. This article examines the synergy between professional and research modes of action, highlighting their relevance for the continuous improvement of practices, the generation of applicable knowledge and innovation in specific contexts. Materials and methods: A detailed analysis of the distinctive features of both approaches is carried out, as well as the methodologies that facilitate their integration. Results: Through concrete examples from various areas, it is illustrated how this convergence can optimize results and foster reflective learning. Discussion: In addition, the implications of this integration for professional training are discussed, emphasizing the need to develop competencies that allow professionals not only to apply existing knowledge, but also to actively contribute to research. Conclusions: This dual approach not only enhances professional practice, but also promotes a feedback loop that enriches the field of study, establishing a model of professional development that is both dynamic and sustainable.
