Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evidence the possible association between the labor climate and the risks psicosociales of the city of Guayaquil. The used methodology is from a quantitative, correlacional-traverse perspective. You could evidence that the factor of more affectation in the educational personnel was that of labor pursuit, with a value p <0,05 with an I.C. 95% of 1,01 - 7,2; and in turn that 69% of the educational ones perceives an inadequate labor climate. Due to the pandemic for the SARS - COV 2 can that these results have modified considerably, however, it allows us to see that the educational of the educational units of superior level require of a better administration of the human resource, physique and prevention against possible acts of labor pursuit.
