Interdisciplinary Strategy in the Training of the Civil Construction Technician

This research is based on the difficulties undergone by students of the area of Civil Construction in the integration of contents of Physical Education with the rest of the disciplines of the academic year. The aim of the study is to design an interdisciplinary strategy that enables relation and cooperation between the disciplines declared in the curriculum. To fulfill this aim, a simple of 39 students of the first academic year was selected, which coincides with the population 121, thus 32, 2 %. The main result is the strategy proposed, which contains counseling actions, proposal of physical exercises linked to professional skills, as well as ludic activities, that relate to the social object of the major of Civil Construction from the content of Physical Education.
