In this piece of work it is presented an analysis of Jose´s Martí the Speech strategy in the play La Edad de Oro highlighting the cultural essence and Mati´s methods in the communicative act for the reader´s transformation. It is pretended to argue on the useful key elements for the training of the present and future primary teachers generations. Either in enrichment of the cultural platform of their personality and in professional preparation at serving as the model for the communicative act with the future pupils
