The professional preparation of the primary teacher for community development from orientation in educational institutions in Angola

The objective of this article is to develop a proposal that contributes to the preparation of the teacher for community development, based on educational guidance in Angolan institutions of various levels. In the same way, it is possible to influence the development of professional action modes for the performance of the guiding function. The fundamental contribution is needed in an educational strategy that promotes cultural integration in the Angolan school institutions to favor an adequate educational orientation, to guarantee the transformation of the relationships that are established in the educational context between student-teachers and among the students themselves. The theme is part of the aspiration to achieve an educational process that favors the development of the guiding function of the teacher to perform in the different spheres and action that demand their work in the Angolan context.
