Progranm for the formation of profesional competences in the teacher of the senior High Schools in the ideological sphere.

Abstract

The Program of formation of Professional competitions in the ideopolítics sphere of the educational ones in the Cuban preuniversity institutes, has its foundations in the creation of the commitment of the educational ones in its individual and group formation, like promoters of conscience and professional competitions of its educandos. The same one is designed like a system, with actions of short, medium and long term, in correspondence with its necessities of professional development. The Program that appears is been and actually social introduction from the Thesis of Masters in Sciences of the Education of the author.
