Pedagogic strategy for the process of training of local managers for Project of science and innovation

Abstract

In the Cuban History the municipal localities had an important role in the functioning and development of the country on the bases of an adequate structure, for the promotion of the national balance and with economical coherence looking towards a globalized world where neoliberal politics are widening their radios of influence and the local rate in a general way  it is identified as the space of a social transformation. Theme that is taken into account, shows that starting from the paradox globalization–local development in underdeveloped countries, undergoes the imminent need of systematizing the praxis of the process of training the local managers of the projects of science and innovation, since the contextual dynamics, so that, could be assured an insertion and coherent growing of an spiral of development, or at least, a bettering of of the qualitative rising of wronging.
