Abstract

The Latin American society requires of the new generations´, a deep educational and cultural development with historical solid knowledge, starting from the emancipator, humanist revolutionary thought of our eminent persons, so as to contribute to the new man's formation, responsibility the University has as social context, to assure the ideo- political development of managers, students and anon educational personal. 

The Piece of work is based on a testimony of a mission completed in the Experimental National Polytechnic University an of the Armed Force, (UNEFA) Venezuela, the President Hugo R. Chávez, promoted his creation, it stops from the postgraduate upgrading to its main fellows to preserve and to defend the Revolution, when endowing them with theoretical practical tools. and to understand the contemporary Latin American processes and of the country, in defense of his social project, it is our purpose to meditate environment to the utility of this work that helped to his human growth, the love of that town for his leader and to know other realities of Latin Americans.
