Abstract

Each time there more frequent the discussions in the international and national ambit on the positions that are assumed concerning the interdisciplinary training of the primary teachers and their influence in towards the attention to diversity during their professional performance within the educative context. Today, there are frequently heard speeches related to this theme, though not always they fit the analysis since the social sciences, philosophy and pedagogy. In the present material i9t is offered a panoramic vision of some old and new elements of the discussion on the main conceptions of the primary’s teacher interdisciplinary training and the attention to diversity in relation to the discipline Research laboral Training. We offer the treatment to the problem since the accumulated experiences in the career of Primary Education from the Faculty of Infant Education of the University of Pedagogical Sciences from Santiago de Cuba.
