Educación empresarial desde el pensamiento emprendedor tecnológico y desarrollo social

Introducción: La transformación tecnológica exigió fortalecer una educación empresarial que integrara capacidades emprendedoras, tecnológicas e innovadoras para generar valor social sostenible. Objetivo: Describir la educación empresarial desde el pensamiento emprendedor tecnológico y desarrollo social en emprendedores de Cuba y Perú. Materiales y métodos: Se desarrolló un estudio cuantitativo, correlacional, no experimental y transversal, entre marzo y octubre de 2025. Participaron 58 emprendedores, 27 de Cuba y 31 de Perú, seleccionados mediante muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado, validado mediante juicio de expertos y evaluado mediante alfa de Cronbach. Se utilizaron Shapiro–Wilk, rho de Spearman, regresión lineal múltiple y U de Mann–Whitney. Resultados: La consistencia interna fue adecuada para educación empresarial (α = 0,88), pensamiento emprendedor tecnológico (α = 0,91) y desarrollo social (α = 0,90). Las correlaciones fueron positivas, destacándose pensamiento emprendedor tecnológico–desarrollo social (ρ = 0,756). La regresión mostró mayor capacidad explicativa para pensamiento emprendedor tecnológico (R2 = 0,637) y una mayor contribución sobre desarrollo social (β = 0,595; p < 0,001). No se observaron diferencias significativas entre Cuba y Perú. Discusión: Los hallazgos fueron coherentes con estudios recientes que vincularon educación empresarial, competencias tecnológicas, innovación y generación de valor social, aunque las asociaciones no establecieron causalidad. La evidencia respaldó la pertinencia de integrar formación empresarial y tecnológica con propósitos sociales, manteniendo una interpretación contextual y prudente de los resultados en contextos diversos. Conclusiones: Existió una estructura coherente entre los constructos, con especial articulación del pensamiento emprendedor tecnológico con el desarrollo social.
