Theoretical strategy - practice of the prevention socioeducativa in educandos in situation of vulnerability

Introduction: The present investigation is centered in working of the system of prevention socioeducativa, from the work of the school community net, as a result of the implementation of the third improvement of the educational Cuban system; he/she has the purpose of meditating on the theoretical strategies - practical of the prevention socioeducativa in educandos in vulnerability situation. Materials and methods: It was used the bibliographical revision, the analysis and synthesis, the observation, it interviews and the modelation with a methodological mixed focus of investigation - action - participation, developed in three phases. Results: The modelation of the strategy facilitated the theoretical-practical concretion of the actions of prevention, its structural content it is expressed in the definition of vulnerability socioeducativa, in the conceptualization of the characteristics of the vulnerability indicators and the design of intervention action, all that transforms into a methodological guide that allows them to operate to the agents and agencies socializadoras of the education implied in the system of prevention of the Popular Council of Cheerful View, in Santiago from Cuba, from the institutional project of the University of East "Prevention socioeducativa to children, adolescents and youths in vulnerability situation and discapacidad. Discussion: the treatment of the prevention socioeducativa is meant from a focus interdisciplinary, interprofesional and institutional, from the budgets epistemologists that it assumes the education focus in and for the diversity and that the activities that are promoted guarantee the participation, him knowledge, the helps, the supports that overcome the learning for all and all, what demands from the agents and agencies socializadoras of the education implied in the system of social prevention a theoretical knowledge - methodological about the attention to educandos in vulnerability situation and educational inclusion. Conclusions: The foundation of the proposal allowed defining the indicators of vulnerability socioeducativa and the system of actions interdisciplinary, interprofesional and institutional, what serves as rules to enrich the work in net, to eliminate or to diminish the situation of vulnerability socioeducativa in educandos.
