Significados sobre liderança educacional e impacto social por meio da fenomenologia hermenêutica em empreendedores

Resumo

Introdução: Atualmente, persistem lacunas na compreensão de como os empreendedores constroem significados em torno da liderança educacional e de suas repercussões sociais. Objetivo: Compreender os significados atribuídos à liderança educacional e ao impacto social a partir das experiências empreendedoras de cubanos e peruanos, mediante uma abordagem fenomenológica hermenêutica. Materiais e métodos: Foi realizado um estudo qualitativo com abordagem fenomenológica hermenêutica. Participaram 58 empreendedores, sendo 27 de Cuba e 31 do Peru, provenientes de Havana, Santiago de Cuba, Tacna e Ica. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de técnicas qualitativas e analisados mediante um processo interpretativo orientado à identificação de significados e categorias emergentes. Resultados: A transformação social constituiu o significado predominante atribuído ao impacto social, identificado por 26 participantes (44,8%), seguida pelo desenvolvimento de capacidades, com 19 participantes (32,8%), e pela articulação e bem-estar comunitário, com 13 participantes (22,4%). Quanto à liderança educacional, predominou o agente transformador, com 27 participantes (46,6%), seguido pelo formador de capacidades, com 19 (32,8%), e pelo articulador de soluções, com 12 (20,7%). A distribuição dessas categorias não apresentou associação com o país (χ² = 0,111; p = 0,946), enquanto o V de Cramér (0,044) indicou uma associação praticamente nula. Discussão: Os achados sugeriram que os empreendedores haviam significado a liderança educacional principalmente como uma prática transformadora e o impacto social como um processo de mudança e fortalecimento humano, em consonância com perspectivas contemporâneas sobre aprendizagem, liderança e criação de valor social. Conclusões: Os significados convergiram entre Cuba e Peru, evidenciando experiências empreendedoras centradas na transformação, no desenvolvimento de capacidades e na geração de valor social.
