Two figures and a path of higher education: The tutor of the academy and the professional tutor

The current transformations that arise in the university environment, certify an orderly and stable elevation of the quality of training and involve a new orientation of the university academy. Hence, professional training has been modified, ranging from the traditional teaching conference, to new types of virtual intervention around the teaching-learning process and where the work of the tutor and the exercise of tutorial. In the university professional training, the tutors of the academy (university environment) and the professional tutor (in the scenario of the profession) converge in a significant and autonomous learning of the student and promote the mastery of professional competences from the different scenarios that complement the training of the future professional. The purpose of this work is to highlight the importance of their interaction in the training process.
