Abstract

Nowadays, it is vitally important that organizations promote training programs in order to develop practices that promote organizational development, for which a key element is the sense of belonging to the workplace, so it is of vital importance that training strategies the organization considers the psychological and social indicators that are configured in the subjectivity of the organizational subject and that act as regulators of organizational behavior. In this regard, this article aims to articulate the dimensions of the sense of belonging to work: psychological-social dimension, affective dimension, contextual dimension, as a proposal to guide training and development strategies in the organizational context.
