Sports –recreational Activity: an alternative in the professional training of education since The University Extension

Abstract

University Extension has been considered a social setting where knowledge, is produced, distributed, spread and applied by therefore the question is, what and how has been defined and focused on it, has affected content, development, recognition and legitimization of knowledge in the formation of the future educators of our Pedagogical University, in a way that in our work emphasizes the need to see to work educational extra teaching as an important form of organization of the publicized process, which constitutes one of the greatest achievements of the pedagogy Socialist, understanding sports and recreation activities that can be done inside and outside the educational context for a creative and healthy, in addition to enhancing professional development the culture from the appropriate organization of free time.
